- *Note: To make ‘Tonkatsu’ Sauce by yourself, mix 2 tablespoons Ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins), 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce and 1 teaspoon Sugar. Alter the amount to suit your taste.
