- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp water
- To taste - chicken seasoning powder
- Drizzle of sesame oil (to be added last)

- Clean and scale the fish.
- A - Season fish. Heat enough oil to pan fry/shallow fry /sear the fish. Pan fry/shallow fry/sear until fish is cooked. Alternatively, fish can also be deep fried.
