  3. 4-5 tomatoes
  4. 1 Tbsp chop garlic
  5. 2 medium potatoes cut legnth wise
  6. 2 carrots (optional)
  7. 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
  8. 2 Tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  12. 1/4 cup fenugreek leaves/dry kasoori methi
  13. 2 tsp Pulao zeera(black cumin)
  14. 1/2 cup oil
  15. 4 pcs whole black pepper, 1" cinnamon stick, 2 bay leaves

Steps to make to make Fish Curry. 🐟

  1. First sprinkle salt on all pieces of fish, set a side or put in fridge, for an hour, than wash.
  2. Take a pan, heat oil, add whole all spices (garam masala). add onion fry till golden brown, add tomatoes, and all dry and fresh spices.
  3. Add 1/4cup water, cover and cook at low flame,until gravy become smooth and oil separated.
  4. Take out masalah gravy, in a dish, add fish in the remaining oil.cook both sides of fish for few minutes,take out fish and put in separate dish.
  5. Again shift gravy masalah into a pan, add potatoes or any other vegetable, as you like.stir for few minutes,add fish and aprox:1 glass of water for curry.
  6. Cover and put on low flame till done. Potatoes tender and curry is medium thick. Serve with chapati or rice.
  7. If fresh fenugreek is not available, then use dry fenugreek (1 Tbsp kasoori methi)
