- Marinate the cleaned fish pieces with the ingredients of marination, stated above. Set aside for an hour.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. Fry the marinated fish pieces from both the sides.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add poncho phoran and allow to splutter. Add and fry the onions till translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic and fry on low flame.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, fry. Add the dry powder spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
