- Meanwhile preheat the OTG 200 degree C for 5 minutes. Apply oil or ghee in your palm. Take the sheek and spread the minced fish. Apply oil both sides in the kebab...Ready to bake....Bake the kebabs 200 degree C for 10 minutes...
- After 10 minutes take out the kebab brush ghee on both the sides of the kebabs. Again bake for 5 minutes. Once it is done.
