- In a Bowl, Add Fish, Lemon Juice, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder Mix Well.
- Cover and Marinate For 15-20 Mins.
- In a wok, Heat Oil Fry Fish Until Golden Brown From Both Sides.

- Now Add Salt, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chaat Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder Mix Well and Cook Until oil Separates.
- Add Water, Fry Fish and Bring It To Boil.
- Add Fresh Coriander Mix Well & Cover and Cook 10 Mins On Low Flame.
- Add Dry Fenugreek, Fresh Coriander.
- Cover and Simmer for 5 Mins.
- Fish Fry Masala Curry Is Ready.
- Serve.
