- Clean and marinate fish with salt,dry masalas and lemon juice.. Keep aside for 5 mins.. Shallow fry it till crisp
- Take garlic in mixer, add bunchof coriander leaves, dry masalas, green chilies... Blend it in fine paste
- Take oil fry this coriander mixture till it leaves oil
- Add tomato puree, fry again till oil seperates
- Add fish and fry again..
- Finally add water and adjust water consistency.. Leave for 10 mins on lower flame
- Fish is ready.. Serve it hot with steam rice
